20海外探検隊タイ前半の2週間、チュラロンコン大学のフードテクノロジー学科に行きました。主に2つのことに取り組みました。1つ目として、タイのお菓子と日本の寿司を作りました。ブァロイサムシーというタイのお菓子の作り方を教えてもらいました。タイの独特な材料で着色をしました。また、チュラロンコン大学で研究しているSoy filmsをのりの代わりに使って太巻きを作りました。のりとSoy films、どちらが美味しいのかを比較しました。作る過程で、お米がうまく炊けないというハプニングもありましたが、無事にできてよかったです。2つ目として、OTOPについて学びました。OTOPとは、One Tambon One Productの略で、一つの村で一つの商品を作ろうという取り組みです。実際にOTOPが有名な村であるサラブリのお店や、バンコクにある様々なお店を視察しました。日本の地域限定商品や道の駅などと比較して、相違点と共通点に着目しました。最終日にはOTOPについてのプレゼンを行いました。バンコクでの2週間はチュラロンコン大学の先生と学生にお世話になりました。チュラロンコン大学のプログラムでは、お互いの国について食やOTOPを通して理解を深めることができました。「チュラロンコン大学」での研修現地の学生と研修を通じて お互いの国について食やOTOPを通して理解を深めることができました。Chulalongkorn UniversityInternship in Thailand （February 2014）Thank you very much for giving us a chance to express our feeling towardsthe internship of TUMSAT students in Thailand along with CU students andMU students during February 2014. The program included ice-breakingactivities at Kung-Kaben, activities at CU and training at factories in Sriracha,Chonburi. This program was set up after the first successful internshipprogram arranged in August 2013. It was such a great opportunity for allstudent joining this program for learning how to share, modify knowledge withnew culture and environment which is quite important for our new world andglobalization era.
